Boomerang Thursday: Etsy language of love necklace

This time of year all I hear is "Every Kiss Begins with Kay" and see department store ads for heart shaped jewelry. Here is one piece of jewelry I would love to receive. One piece that is not mass produced and one piece that is unique.
